Personal training integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. You can choose to purchase sessions on a flexible ‘pay as you go’ basis or book a block of sessions with bulk booking discount available

Flexibility allows you to move your body freely. Being flexible decreases your risk of injury. Stretching lengthens your muscles, to improve flexibility.
Strength training improves your muscle and bone health and helps with weight loss. Strength training can be performed with free weights, resistance bands, weight machines or your own body weight.
Stability and Balance
Your body’s core strength helps stability and balance. You can improve stability and balance by doing exercises that focus on the centre of your body. A strong core will help improve posture and prevent lower back pain.
Aerobic fitness improves overall health and well-being. It helps your heart, blood vessels, lungs, and muscles.
